Society does render the two
Greek words HIERON and
NAO by the same English
word "temple" at Mark
11:11 and Rev. 7:15.

(2) The Society falsely says Jesus drove the money changers out of the NAOS: "It was from the courts of the outer temple (na*os´) that Jesus drove the money changers" (The WatchtowerAugust 15, 1980, page 15) The outer temple from the courts of which Jesus drove the money changers is not the NAOS but the HIERON () according to Matthew 21:12, Mark 11:15, and John 2:14-15 in the Society's own Kingdom Interlinear.Why did the Society lie?
